XENA Workflow:
AJA XENA cards support a wide variety of workflows, from analog to combined HD/SD, Dual Link, HSDL and 2K. All XENA products, except XENA HS, ship with AJA's Machina™, the powerful stand-alone deck-control, playback and capture application, along with a host of powerful plug-ins for seamless integration with leading editing, graphics and effects applications, including Adobe Premiere® Pro, Adobe After Effects®, Adobe Photoshop®, Autodesk® Combustion® and Eyeon Fusion®. Core 2 Quad Xena|HS:
Real time HD-SDI has never been so affordable with the Xena HS and a single quad core system.
The XENA HS supports both SD and HD Serial Digital Video I/O for capture and playback. XENA HS has one SDI video input, one SDI video output, as well as support for six channels of AES audio I/O.
Working in Abobe Premiere Pro it allows post-production editors, videographers and multimedia creative professionals to input and output high-speed, uncompressed digital audio/video under full control of the Adobe software for integrated capture, playback and print to tape.

HD-5500 Xena|LHe:
XENA LHe offers a full ride to HD with no-compromise, 10-bit and 8-bit uncompressed video, 2-channel AES and 8-channel embedded audio, analog composite/component video I/O, 2-channel analog audio I/O, 10-bit broadcast-quality hardware HD to SD downconversion and TBC on analog inputs.
