ADK (ADK Media Group LLC) Policy & Terms: Please read, by ordering from ADK you are agreeing to the following. Legal: By ordering from us either thru phone, web, email live chat, in store or any other way you are agreeing to these terms. A: Systems: Warranty: No matter which warranty you have chosen we have a 30 day lemon clause. we strongly believe in delivering to you a working out of the box experience. If your system is not functioning correctly within that first 30 days of delivery we will fix/replace at our expense including shipping. Before any return for repair RMA can be given you will be required to assist us in trouble shooting over the phone. Sometimes depending on the situation we may pay a local company to repair your system. This is the exception and not the norm. Back up your work ADK is in no way liable for any lost data for any reason, nor are we liable for lost income due to system or hardware failure. Our default 1 year parts and labor: is 1 year parts and 1 yr labor with lifetime support. See Support for what that includes.

2 Years Parts/Labor Express pick up. Lifetime support : Same as above but for 2 yrs. Laptop Warranty: All user serviceable parts have a 3yr or longer warranty. (HDD, Processor, Memory) Battery is 6 months and the shell warranty varies by vendor and warranty chosen. Lifetime support. International Warranties: 1yr parts and labor only. we do not pay for shipping at all unless damaged in shipping or within the 30 day lemon clause. We may ship parts to you via postal and you will be required to send the defective parts back to us. We may choose to pay for repair in a local store. We have had very few issues with our International clients, and no physical damage yet. We will do what we can with concern to Duties but sometimes even with the words warranty or repair they may double charge. Lifetime support Apple: Apple system warranties are thru Apple with our assistance. Some of the add in items are covered by us (HDD other than OS, added ram to name a few) You still have Lifetime support thru us. Lifetime Support: As long as you own your ADK system (or hardware/software you bought from us) you have access to lifetime support. That support can be done via phone, email or by us taking control of your system over the internet. Normal hours are 10am to 7pm EST but we can by appointment accommodate after hour support. This includes not just support of the computer itself but insurance that your hardware and software works with our system. Our support team has working knowledge of most Professional Audio and Video software and hardware and has certifications for a good amount of it. We are serious about helping with your creative endeavor! We got you covered! Damaged in shipping: We take 100% responsibility in delivering to you a working product. we will not tell you damages are your problem, it's our problem until you are 100% satisfied. However we need your help and patience's with this. Products damaged in shipping must be reported to us with-in 48 hours. All shipping carriers have a very strict time limit. Damages not reported to us after 13 days will in no way be paid for by us or the carrier. So open and test your products immediately. Damaged products reported to us in the proper time frame will be picked up and repaired/replaced by us, with no cost to you. Again we may choose to have it repaired at a local computer store. Damaged Computers do not constitute a refund, we will fix or replace at our discretion. Rush fees will not be refunded due to damage in shipping. We double box our systems and do everything we can to ensure safe delivery. We can't do much about a driver with a bad attitude, or the automated shipping facilities' accidental drop. While damage is rare it does happen. Refunds: (systems) 30 day money back guarantee. If for some reason you are not happy with our system we will refund your money minus a 15% restock fee plus the cost of shipping. You are responsible for paying shipping back to us as well. There are NO exceptions to this including damaged in shipping . After 30 days there are no refunds. Some non stock items in a system may not be refunded until sold. while this is very rare it may happen. Refunds in the case where Subsystem platform has just changed. For example a new processor and subsystem is released. There will be a 25% restock fee. This includes laptops. Accounting Policy: All orders are charged immediately, we expect full payment upfront on all systems and gear. We may allow a 64/40 split, 60% up front and 40% upon shipping. International orders require full payment via wire transfer. $25 fee for bounced checks. COD: No so don't ask. Net terms: We extend Net terms to Govt, EDU, other resellers and large Corporations if you are not one of these please don't ask. Financing: we no longer offer financing, we do however offer leasing through a leasing company. Canceled system orders: If we have not started to build it all is well, if it has been placed into a case and we can't use it for another similar pending order there may be a minor disassembly fee ($50). If a non standard item has been opened and used in the build we may not refund that item cost until sold. Again rare. We understand life happens and you may need to rethink your spending. Software with a system build: If custom ordered (EG: EW Custom Complete) there is no refund. If not installed yet full refund. If installed and registered its yours no refunds. Ilocs that get registered no refunds. Vienna Full Libraries no refund. Upgrades, Digital licenses (EG: Waves) no refunds. There may be others included in this as well as exclusions such as Sonar/Cubase upgrades that have not yet been registered. B: Hardware/Gear: All hardware has a 30 day no questions asked return policy no restock fee. Shipping is not refundable and you are required to pay for return shipping. Most items ship for free, you will be charged for that shipping. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee. Products like software, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, etc), and items which are not normally stocked ("Special Orders", discontinued products, close-outs, used products, etc.) are not returnable. Defective: While rare an new product can sometimes not work, however before asking for an RMA please talk with our support team. IF defective within the first yr we have you covered. We will work with the Manufacturer in getting you a repair or replacement, sometimes we may even allow a loaner while waiting for a repair. Returns: All returns must be authorized by us prior to sending. If you send something and we didn't approve it, it will be refused at the door. Software: No opened software may be returned period.
