Common System troubelshooting issues

Shipping Damage:
If you were shipped a new system from us that looks to be physically damages please report the damage immediately. This can be visible damage to the outside of the shipping box or damaged computer case. If you hear any items floating around in the computer case DO NOT turn it on until you contact our support staff for further instructions. If the machine has no obvious visual damage but is not powering up or booting into Windows please refer to the Power and Booting section below.

Power and Boot issues:
If your new or current system will not power up or boot into Windows we recommend you try this excellent guide from Intel. It will valid for Intel on Non-Intel brand motherboards.
Intel's Online No Boot Wizard
You must contact before making any changes or updates to your BIOs settings. Doing so with out contacting us can potentially VOID your warranty.

Grounding and Noise:
If your system is making a humming sound or has a static type sound after you plugged in your audio, video or midi gear check out this excellent guide. In most cases these sounds are caused by grounding issues.
