AUTOMATIC UPGRADES

Never fall behind on a Sapphire, Continuum, Mocha Pro or Silhouette release again! Active Upgrade and Support customers are automatically entitled to all upgrades released during their 12-month contract which begins from the date of purchase.

FULL PHONE AND EMAIL SUPPORT

Upgrade and Support customers have unlimited access to phone and email support during business hours.

FLOATING LICENSES

Essentially, floating licenses are pooled licenses that can be shared across a group of users. In addition, get floating licenses on the U/S plan for a flat discounted fee of $500. A minimum of 5 floating licenses per facility is required.

UNLIMITED BURN AND RENDER LICENSES

Formerly, $99-$499 per license, render licenses are free to customers under the Upgrade and Support Plan.

EASIER BUDGETING

Significantly, the yearly fixed cost allows for clearer planning and budgeting.

PERMANENT LICENSES

All licenses acquired during your Upgrade and Support contract (including upgrades, floating, and render licenses) are permanent and will continue to be functional even if your contract expires.
